Reasonable access eg a couple of times a week is fine within reasonable hours. I will have a spare key and access to my wheelie bin which will need to remain stored in the garage due to no where else to store it. Seperate storage cupboard in garage which I use to store suit cases and moving boxes although I shouldn’t require access to these. My lease is until January and if I end up ending tenancy you will be given 3 weeks notice to remove your goods..

The minimum booking for this space is 1 month. If you want to book long-term check with the host. If things change, don’t worry, you just need to provide 3 weeks notice to end your booking.
