What is All Space?

All Space is an online peer to peer marketplace for storage space rental. We connect you to your local community and help find flexible, secure and affordable storage solutions.

Is All Space a storage provider?

No. All Space is a technology platform that connects Hosts and Renters. Space Hosts are independent and use All Space website to facilitate the provision of storage services to you.


What can I store?

You can use All Space to find storage for anything from couple of boxes of personal belongings to boats and caravans; however, no illegal or toxic products are allowed, no perishables, no highly flammable or unstable products. You have a duty of care that means your items will not cause any harm to the space rented or to the host. If in doubt, please check with your Host and All Space team.

What is the cost of storage?

All Space is an open marketplace. All the rates are set by Host and may vary depending on the space provided. This is beneficial as you may find a bargain for your storage needs. You could save $1,000's over the course of your storage period, and store your items in a more convenient location in your local neighbourhood.

Who do I pay?

Your payment always goes through allspace.co.nz, this is both safe and easy. If your host is asking for direct payment please contact us at [email protected].

How do I store my items?

Once you have agreed on a move in date and time with the Host, it is your responsibility to transport and store your goods safely. You will need to ensure your items are ready for storage to keep disruption to a minimum on the day. If you need any help with packing and moving, let us know and we will put you in touch with local moving companies we trust.

How often and when can I access my items?

Space access rules are set by Host and mentioned on each listing. Direct private messaging allows contact between Hosts and Renters; and you can request access at any time. Flexibility and collaboration is important. If you have any issues accessing your items please contact All Space team immediately at [email protected].

How do I know my items are safe?

All Space is built on authenticity, trust and transparency. All Hosts listing on our website are verified and receive ongoing reviews and ratings available for you to consider. In addition, All Space, in our absolute discretion and subject to terms and conditions, may offer to pay an amount up to NZD5,000 in compensation for loss or damage to Stored Goods or Property (for more information, please refer to Clause 11 in All Space Terms and Conditions https://allspace.co.nz/terms-and-conditions) .

How can I contact the Host?

All Space allows direct private messaging between users. We encourage you to take advantage of this functionality to ask Hosts any questions, verify conditions, and request access to the Space.If you have any problems reaching your Space Host, please contact All Space team immediately on [email protected].

What if I can’t find storage space I am looking for?

All Space team is here to help you! Please head to our Storage Valet page (https://allspace.co.nz/all-space-storage-valet) and provide us with the details on the space you are looking for. We will use our networks to find suitable storage solution for your needs. Additional Storage Valet fees may apply.

What if I need help moving?

If you need help packing and transporting your goods to storage space, All Space is happy to put you in contact with local moving companies we trust. Please fill out Contact form on our website or send us an email on [email protected].


I have a dispute with the Host/Renter – how do I resolve it?

As a Host, you have a direct relationship with the Renter, and a separate independent relationship with All Space. If you have a dispute, you should try to resolve the issue immediately with the other party. 
If this cannot be achieved, contact All Space for assistance on 0800-112-024 or by emailing us on [email protected] We will work with both parties to solve the issue.

What is my relationship with All Space and the other party?

All Space provides the technology platform and marketplace for Hosts and Renters to transact but does not supply the primary service, being the space rented. As a Host, you have a direct relationship with the Renter, and a separate independent relationship with All Space.

We strongly recommend you verify the identity of the contracting party, the items stored and clearly outline the conditions of the rental prior to accepting a booking.
