Private Office + Storage + Carpark

Hi! I'm a photographer with a studio in Avondale, Auckland. My studio is bigger than I need so I'm looking for someone to share some of the space. I have a private office that is all white and waiting for someone to put their stamp on it, plus a ton of mezzanine storage. The mezzanine is also great as an extra workspace, the last tenant I had used it as an art and creative space. The office is approx 4.5m x 3.5m and the mezzanine is approx 30sqm. The office/storage space comes with a carpark and the studio has a kitchen and toilet. I'm based in a light industrial area and all my neighbours are lovely. I see this as a fantastic spot for an e-commerce brand as you would have loads of storage for stock plus a lovely quiet place to work. I'm open to renting just the office, the office and storage together or just storage depending on your needs. For just the office I would be asking $150pw For office, storage and carpark $250pw Storage price would be negotiable depending on how much you need (currently storing patterns for a designer friend but these can be removed).
